There was a slightly longer delay than normal, but that is not to be expected at sometimes patients require more time with the doctor.
My main concern is setting an appointment to get a scan. In the past four years I have gone to the reception and negotiated a date and time. Today I was just told that I will be sent a letter sometime in the future. I am now concerned that I may not get a scan before my next appointment or that I will be given a difficult time.

Everything was nothing less than excellent. All staff were superb, clean and polite and all could not do enough for you. This is what hospitals were like many years ago, when we had matrons and sisters, thank you for excellent care all the way through from my first visit in outpatients.
